- Includes: Giraffe and Rhino feeding opportunities, behind-the-scenes animal encounters, guided tram transportation, refreshments and a treat

Guests are to check in at Guest Services, Gate 3 at the end of the parking lot for their Behind The Scenes Experience approximately
15 minutes before their booked time.
All Behind The Scenes Experiences will start at exactly the time stated and can not be delayed.
If not enough particpants are booked for an experience you will be notified and can rebook.

- Reservations: Advance booking required, 7 days in advance
- Weather: Experiences operate rain or shine, although animal encounters may change due to weather or animal care requirements.
- Cancellation Policy: Bookings are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. Tours may be cancelled by Safari Niagara if the minimum patticpant level is not met.
